Dried sea salt

The sea salt is washed, centrifuged and then dried in special ovens at a temperature of about 220 ° Celsius, to remove impurities and most of the humidity. Finally it is passed to the vibrating screen for the assignment of the granulometry.

Whole sea salt

The whole sea salt it is available in coarse grain and in packs of 1 and 25 kg. This salt, obtained from the evaporation of sea water without any chemical treatment, preserves all its trace elements and its organoleptic properties unaltered. It contains numerous elements such as magnesium, fluorine and iodine. Our whole sea salt is totally natural.

Sea salt washed - centrifuged

The sea salt washed - centrifuged is available in coarse grain and in packs of 25 kg. The sea salt is subjected to washing and spinning, without the use of chemicals that could be toxic. The product obtained can be used in the food and industrial seectors, for water softeners and more.

Dried recrystallized salt

The dried recrystallized salt is available in fine grain and in packs of 25 kg. This type of salt, also known as "boiling salt", is obtained from a solution of water and salt, from a saturated brine formed by the dissolution of rock salt. Through a process of evaporation, or boiling, the salt is separated from the water, then dried in special ovens, and finally reduced to a fine grain. It is a very valuable salt, particularly suitable for food use.
